Better static ARP control / DHCP allocation delete

Hi Guys
Despite marking out static ARP, the DHCP server seems to ignore this sometimes. Can this be fixed. Also the ability to delete DHCP allocations in order for correct assignments to be made.
Frustrating sometimes to not be able to set things up as planned.
