Which instructions have you followed? What connection type have you tried so far? eg. PPPoE, IP over Ethernet or what else?

1. Login to the router (on http://192.168.1.254)
2. Click on 'Configuration >> WAN >> WAN Service
3. Remove 'ppp1.1' and 'pppoa0' interfaces
4. Click on 'Add'
5. Follow the attached screen shots

I also could not get my new router to work with Talk Talk fibre VDSL using the quick set-up guide until I found this post and followed the excellent instructions - thanks! I guess an obvious question is are the quick set-up instructions missing a section or is this a random issue that occurs sometimes? :D

Its normally the ' 802.1Q VLAN ID and 802.1P Priority' that have the issue when you use the quick start option or EZO option (it defaults both the 802.1Q VLAN ID and 802.1P Priority when you select IP Over Ethernet) but it seems fine for PPPOE (BT Fibre/PlusNet Fibre etc)
