Bitswap Issue

Hi everyone,
I hope you're well.
I'm still having an issue with my Billion 8800NL R1. Randomly, bitswapping will stop on the downstream. Initially, this doesn't cause an issue, but then FECs start going up and in turn CRCs occur leading to a loss of sync. I'm using the 2.32e.d16 firmware.
Here's a screenshot of the bitswap graph from DSLstats, as you can see it suddenly stopped just after 10am: http://prntscr.com/ptqk5r
It would be good if this could be fixed as bitswapping is key for DSL to operate correctly.
