Didn't make a difference.

Even loading google.com takes 5 seconds+

The issue seems to be that I am having fluctuations with the internet speed on all devices and I think these are causing the lapses in connection.

Have you checked with your ISP to see if there are any issues with your line??

Also make sure the router is directly connected to the main telephone socket, without any extension cables and if possible try a different adsl filter

i Have also checked my link speed i have found 7.29mbps download which is low having almost same issues

What model are you using?? was this test performed with a wireless or wired connection?

The test performed with Wired Connection
