We have BT business installed on infinity and are getting d'load speed of approx 60mb and upload of around 20mb.
We run an SIP phone system and have for a few years now. On BT infinity the quality has been really poor (words clipping off during phone calls) and so we switched to a Billion router to try to alleviate the issue but it has not improved it.
I have setup the following QOS settings but these seem to make little difference - any ideas?
Previously we ran the phone system on a 5mb SDSL line with a Netgear router and QOS and didn't have any issue so I can only think the issue is with BT infinity ??
We're running snom 320 and 370 handsets.
