7800DXL reset date

New user.

Getting lots of BB outages; expected as line is bad (more later).

What is odd is that the time before last the router reset its clock which it hasn't done before - is this normal?

A few times ago it changed the login password back to factory setting - again, normal?

So far it's no better than my old Netgear DG834Gv2 though the stats are better.
