7800dxl and repeater with time filtering

I at up time filtering to limit access to the Internet for certain devices in our household. This work fine, until I added a repeater (small TP-Link TL-WR702N device) to the system. Now the previously time limited devices now seem to have unlimited access again. Anyone got any clues as to why this is the case?

Where did you setup up the time filtering rules?? (which section)
