want to use 7800DX to log websites etc

hi guys,
have a 7800DX that i havent used in a while due to broadband update to fibre , can i use this to spy on all traffic? id like to log as much as possible so i know what the kids are up to. they all use iphones, ipads etc and i dont really want to pay for something like mspy?
any ideas or alternatives guys?
