Biguard 2 WAN Speed limit

Post by Donchik » Mon Sep 05, 2016 11:05 am

Dear all,
I'm using a Biguard 2 with a VirginMedia Hub 3.0 cable modem, but I'm unable to achieve the advertised 100mbps.
The direct WiFi link to the Hub runs comfortably at 100mbps.
The LAN traffic through the Biguard tops out at 60mbps.
Is this a limitation of the Biguard, or do I need to "Tweak" some settings to permit full speed.
Many thanks,
D.

After speaking to our engineers, they have stated they don't expect you to able to reach the full 100mbps through the WAN/NAT, because its CPU is not powerful enough.
