Billion7401VGPM- Broken Web Server

Post by niciunum »

Hello everyone,

Updated to the latest firmware ,

FOR_PCRange_7401VGPM_5.74d.afw

But when a change to web server port made from web interface, web server never went back online to the new link:port shown while rebooting.
Firewall was off.
I tried with telnet, changed port back to 80, restarted the server , but no joy!
I checked error logs but no information shown.

Is there a way to recover it or reload the default settings or update/reload the firmware image?

thanks

Try resetting the device using the reset pin hole, you will need a paperclip/pin to do this, and hold the reset button in for 10 seconds while the unit is powered on, this should reset the unit back to factory default settings
