BiGuard 10

Post by robertkent »

Hi Im new to IPsec . We are using a Billion Biguard 10 to have an IPsec tunnel so that we can do some IPTelephony.

Even though I have the LAN setup with an IPAddress of 10.0.8.2 and a subnet of 255.255.255.0 , when I look in the session table there are loads of UDP sessions from ipaddresses like 10.0.1.2.

I'll be honest I have no idea what these sessions are? And why are they showing? I was expecting to see just open sessions on the 8 network , like my TCP connection to the admin console or from a phone etc..

bearing in mind that I am rather ignorant please could someone explain what these sessions represent?
